Hanaã Obeidat

Biography
Hanaã Obeidat joined Hernandez and Associates PC in February of 2024. A Tucson native, Hanaã received her undergraduate degree from the University of Arizona in 2019. She graduated with her J.D. in 2023 from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. While at Sturm, Hanaã held board positions in a myriad of student organizations such as Students for Sustainability, The Environment at 5280, and Law Student Ambassadors. During law school, she worked in both public and private criminal defense, and completed one year in the law school’s environmental law clinic practicing under the Student Practice Act. After graduating from law school, Hanaã became the lead attorney for a local nonprofit organization aiding undocumented trauma survivors in applying for status under U-Visa and VAWA.
Hanaã currently focuses her practice on criminal defense in the context of traffic and misdemeanor cases.
