Biography

Jonathan Booker is a Shareholder at Hernandez & Associates, P.C., where he focuses his practice in the field of criminal defense. Jonathan considers criminal defense an opportunity to assist individuals in navigating the complex judicial system. Jonathan represents his clients with the highest degree of professionalism, guided by obtaining the most favorable results possible.

Jonathan's education, personal and professional experiences continues to motivate him as a trial attorney. Jonathan is a true litigator, capable of successfully trying the most difficult criminal jury trials.

Jonathan is also an active member with the Colorado Hispanic Bar Association, and currently serves as its Education Chair. In 2019, he received the Hispanic Bar Association's Community Service Award for his commitment to volunteering at many Denver area legal nights. Jonathan is also a recent graduate of the Colorado Bar Association's prestigious Leadership Training Program (COBALT).
