Biography
Colorado Criminal Defense Attorney
Arnulfo D. Hernández has dedicated his career to protecting the rights of others. For a decade, he has served his community through the legal representation of accused individuals. His law practice is broad and includes the defense of misdemeanors, felonies, and white-collar crimes. He is a courtroom attorney that regularly appears before Colorado state and federal judges. As he is a highly experienced criminal lawyer, Arnulfo D. Hernández provides defense strategies and tactics that other attorneys cannot. Through negotiation, persuasive argument, or jury trial, he always secures the best resolution possible for his client.
Colorado Immigration and Crimmigration
Arnulfo also protects the rights and liberties of others through immigration and crimmigration defense. Immigration law is a highly complex practice area that serves one of the most vulnerable populations in our country—those with immigrant or temporary status. Arnulfo D. Hernández has many years of experience guiding his clients through the sensitive, and sometimes lengthy process, of obtaining American citizenship. He regularly represents individuals in immigration proceedings before federal agencies including the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, the Executive Office for Immigration Review, and the Board of Immigration Appeals. In situations where his client has been accused of a crime and faces immigration removal proceedings, a practice area known as “crimmigration,” Arnulfo has the hybrid knowledge to provide the most successful defense on all fronts.
