Biography
Yuliya Levertova is an Associate Attorney at Hernandez and Associates, P.C., where she practices immigration and family law. As a naturalized citizen, Yuliya has a personal dedication to helping others navigate through the complex immigration system.
Yuliya received her Juris Doctor degree from the Boston University School of Law in 2018. During law school, Yuliya represented victims of sex and labor trafficking seeking immigration relief and assisted them in obtaining U and T visas. She additionally interned at U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, Office of Chief Counsel and the Executive Office for Immigration Review. At Hernandez and Associates, P.C., Yuliya focuses on U & T Visa petitions, VAWA petitions, and related Adjustment of Status applications.
Yuliya is admitted to the bar in Colorado and Massachusetts. She is an At Large Member of the Immigration Law Section Executive Council, as well as the Immigration liaison for the Young Lawyers Division.
She is also fluent in Russian.
